703 Main Street, Oregon City - Building Renovation

Downtown Oregon City is turning into such a charming area, especially now with the addition of Root + Stem Plants. This office space was demo’d in the fall of 2019 but no progress was made by the interim tenant, so I took over and managed the entire buildout for under $35k and in 3 months! (Bids were between $75k-$125k!). I am really happy with how the space turned out and so excited that it caught the eye of Ashley Wray, owner of Root + Stem. She opened her doors December 2020, just in time for holiday shopping.
